Prof. Ephraim Inbar, director of the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar-Ilan University, will present a lecture under the auspices of Root and Branch on "Iran's Nuclear Program." Auschwitz Memorial Day, or Holocaust day as it is now called, will be marked by the Society of Danes in Israel, the Society of Norwegian Immigrants in Israel and Sweden Israel Friendship League with a lecture by Prof. Dina Porat, director of The Stephen Roth Institute for the Study of Anti-Semitism and Racism at Tel Aviv University. Prof. Porat will talk about International Holocaust Day and other Holocaust memorial days in general. Israel's former ambassador to Norway, Liora Herzl, will discuss modern Anti-Semitisim and Anti-Zionism from the perspective of an ambassador in Scandinavia. The event, which includes the 20th annual awarding of the Raoul Wallenberg Prize at Tel Aviv University, will be chaired by MK Rabbi Michael Melchior.
