Harel buys Givat Shmuel mall

Gindi Investments, the construction and development group that is responsible for building many of the new neighborhoods in Rishon Lezion, has sold the "Kenyon Hagiva" mall, currently under construction in Givat Shmuel, for NIS 120 million to finance and insurance company Harel.

Gindi Investments, the construction and development group that is responsible for building many of the new neighborhoods in Rishon Lezion, has sold the "Kenyon Hagiva" mall, currently under construction in Givat Shmuel, for NIS 120 million to finance and insurance company Harel. The mall was built in the style of a "streetmall" and 80% of the available rental space has already been filled by national retail and food chains including FOX clothing, Steimatsky, New-Farm and McDonald's. The mall is slated to open at the beginning of 2008.
