Dumplings are street food, home food, and festive food all at once. They allow for playful contrasts between dough and filling, steaming and searing, and depth of flavor with delicate balance. January is a month for warm and comforting food, and OTOTO restaurant in Rehovot and Gedera chooses to celebrate it with one of the highlights of Asian cuisine: dumplings. The restaurant, where the Far East meets the local vibe, is launching a series of special nights entirely dedicated to small, handmade stuffed doughs with deep flavors, featuring no less than 11 different types of dumplings and a DJ to lift the atmosphere. Admit it - you didn’t know there were so many kinds.
