Ingredients
250 grams curly pasta
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the instructions until al dente.
Drain well and immediately drizzle with olive oil and spices.
Mix until the seasoning coats all the pasta.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between the pieces.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes. After about 15 minutes, mix the pasta. Bake only until golden and make sure it does not burn.
Remove and let cool completely before tasting. The pasta sets as it cools and becomes crunchy.
