The boutique pastry shop Biscotti presents a wide Shavuot collection that combines familiar classics with contemporary pastry techniques. Among the highlights you’ll find the Petit Beurre Cheese cake inspired by the Israeli biscuit cake, Mon Rouge with raspberry, white chocolate and Italian meringue, and a Cheesecake Brûlée with a layer of caramelized crème brûlée at the heart of the cake.
