Former MI head: Israel still has options, time on Iran

Maj.-Gen. (res.) Aharon Ze’evi Farkash said Friday that Israel still has options with regards to Iran other than embarking on an attack.
Speaking to Channel 2, the former head of Military Intelligence Farkash said: "We have a number of options. The final options must be attacking. But we have a number of other options before we reach that deadline."
Farkash also warned that Israel must be ready for the consequences of an attack on Iran. "Iran would immediately renounce its membership in the UN's non-proliferation treaty, Ahmadinejad and Khamenei would become aligned on Israel," and the Home Front would be severely hurt in an Iranian retaliation.
