An unidentified armed group has seized two South Korean-owned fishing ships off Somalia, Seoul's Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.
About 30 people, including four South Koreans, were aboard the ships when they were seized Tuesday, a ministry official said on condition of anonymity, citing policy.
The ships, registered in Tanzania, were on their way to Yemen from the port of Mombasa in Kenya, the official said.
