Bomb kills eight in military area of Pakistani city

A bomb exploded in a military district of a city in northwestern Pakistan on Monday, killing eight people, state television reported.
Police said there were indications that a suicide bomber carried out the attack in Kohat, about 50 kilometers (30 miles) from the city of Peshawar.
Police provided no information on casualties. But Pakistan Television said at least eight people were killed.
