New York Senator Hillary Clinton has warned US President George W. Bush not to attack Iran without approval from Congress.
Clinton added that the current government could not assume it had the authority to go to war against Iran based on congressional approval that was issued in order to attack those responsible for the terror wave in 2001, nor on the basis of approval given five years ago to attack Iraq.
