Fidel recovering, 'country safe from attack'

Cuba's acting president Raul Castro said in an interview published Friday that his brother Fidel is recovering and the nation is safe from attack. "Without any doubt, what most interests all of us at this time is the Jefe's health," Raul Castro said of his brother in the interview with Cuba's Communist Party newspaper. In the interview, Raul Castro thanked the doctors and others who have cared for his brother. They "have attended to him in an excellent manner, with an unsurpassable professionalism and, above all, with much love and dedication," he said.
