A British Muslim who led an angry crowd in chants of "Bomb, bomb, Denmark, bomb, bomb USA" during protests against the cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad was found guilty Friday of incitement to murder.
Umran Javed, 27, was one of the leaders of a February 3 rally held outside the Danish embassy in central London, prosecutor David Perry said.
Javed acknowledged the words, but claimed telling the jury he was disappointed with himself but had been caught up in the emotion of the moment.
