Protest on Russian aid to Iran called for Thurs.

The organization Magshimey Herut Yisrael will hold a protest on Thursday calling on the Israeli government to sever diplomatic and economic ties with Russia as long as the country continues to assist Iran's nuclear program, it was reported on Tuesday. "Israel must take a moral stand and send a clear message to the global community that we will not pursue diplomacy or commerce with nations working towards our annihilation," the organizers of the protest wrote in an email. The demonstration will take place at 3 p.m. at Jerusalem's Paris Square.
