Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to a widely followed Telegram channel, Abu Ali Express, on Thursday on Palestinian statehood recognition, worldwide antisemitism, plans to offer Gazans "voluntary migration," and his relationship with US President Donald Trump.

Netanyahu said that he and Trump "agree on almost everything, in fact, I would go as far as to say on everything."

"One must welcome the change in Washington," he said, highlighting the difference in policies toward Israel between the Trump administration and the preceding Biden administration.

Netanyahu told the Telegram channel that if unilateral steps are taken regarding the recognition of a Palestinian state, then Israel will also take unilateral steps.

"We are not here to expel Palestinians, but we will not give them a state," he said.

Jews should stand up for rights, Netanyahu advises

Netanyahu affirmed that Israel is a refuge for all Jews worldwide facing antisemitism. "Stand proud, stand up for your rights, do not hide, go out and fight strongly against slanders," he said in a message to global Jewry, adding that antisemites will pursue Jews who hide.

"The faster we finish the [Israel-Hamas] war [in Gaza], the propaganda war [against Israel and the IDF] will also fade," he claimed.

Netanyahu also told the Telegram channel that there are "various plans for how to rehabilitate Gaza, but half of the population wants to leave" the enclave.

Netanyahu claimed that this would not be "mass expulsion," as he can open the Rafah crossing, but the residents of Gaza would be "blocked immediately in Egypt."

He affirmed that the right to leave the enclave is a "basic right for every Palestinian."
