Police arrested a 24-year-old from Bat Yam on suspicion of bank fraud on Tuesday morning. He had acquired the details of various bank accounts and withdrawn hundreds of thousands of shekels from them with the help of friends.
Israel Radio reported that after withdrawing the money he kept the funds in his personal bank account as well as other set up for this purpose.
