25% of workers earn less than NIS 4000 per month

In the third quarter of 2005, 25 percent of all workers - about 630,000 - earned less than half the avearge monthly wage. The Central Bureau of Statistics said those workers reported income of less than NIS 3,920 per month, Israel Radio reported.
