4,000 complaints against Health Services in 2006

Over 4,000 complaints were filed against the Israeli Health Services in 2006, Army Radio reported on Tuesday afternoon. Out of the thousands of complaints, 20% of them were found to be legitimate complaints. Most of the complaints had to do with breast MRIs, and bone marrow transplants. Army Radio quoted a publication conducted by the Ministry of Health, stating the Meuhedet Health Service had the largest amount of legitimate complaints made by the public, in comparison to Maccabi Healthcare Services that had the least amount of complaints.
