Likud MK Gidon Sa'ar said Tuesday that 46 MKs had already signed his petition demanding that Prime Minister Ehud explain to the Knesset why he would not resign as a result of the Winograd interim report.
Army Radio reported that according to Knesset regulations, the PM is obliged to make a speech within three weeks of his being handed the petition.
