Abbas: PA not worried about 'ascent of Israeli Right'

The predicted rise in right-wing parties in the 18th Knesset is not a concern for the Palestinian Authority, according to a report in Italian newspaper La Repubblica on Wednesday.
Reuters cited the Italian article, which quoted Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas as saying, "The ascent of the Israeli Right does not worry us."
He went onto say that regardless of who leads the next government; it would be "responsible" and "pragmatic."
