'Adva' center report: Income gap widening

The socioeconomic gap in Israel has been widening, according to a report released by the "Adva" center on Tuesday morning. The report determined that the average wages of someone in the top financial ten-percent of the nation in 2004 earned over twelve times that of someone in the lowest ten-percent. The report also noted that in comparison to figures from 1990, only the top financial ten-percent increased its proportion of total income earned, Army Radio reported.
