Al-Manar reports swap deal to be delayed by an hour

The Hizbullal-controlled Al-Manar television station reported Wednesday morning that the prisoner swap deal between Israel and Hizbullah would be delayed by an hour.
If true, the report would mean that captured IDF soldiers Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser will be returned to Israel at 10:00 rather than 9:00 a.m.
Officials said that they were unaware of any delay.
