Arabic newspaper: Israel, Hizbullah resume talks

According to Al Quds Al Arabi, an Arabic newspaper based in London, Israel and Hizbullah have renewed second rounds of negotiations. In the framework of the second phase, Israel is reportedly to release terrorist Samir Kuntar, who murdered three members of the Haran family in Nahariya in 1979, return for information on missing airman Ron Arad. According to Israel Radio the London newspaper also said that German negotiator Ernst Uhrlau was very close to receiving vital information regarding Arad's fate. Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said that it would be inappropriate to comment on any progress in negotiations until there was actually significant progress to comment on.
