Shas MK Shlomo Benizri was indicted on Wednesday morning at the Jerusalem District Court on charges of taking bribes, fraud, and breach of trust.
The indictment refers to incidents when Benizri allegedly transferred vital information regarding Ministry of Labor and Welfare decisions to foreign worker contractor Moshe Sela, while the MK served as the minister of that office.
The prosecution claimed that Benizri received benefits from Sela in return for the information, Army Radio reported.
