British academics blast colleagues' Israel boycott

More than 250 British academics took out an advertisement in the London Times on Wednesday in which they condemned their colleagues' decision to boycott Israeli universities.
The academics wrote in the ad that the University College Union (UCU), which initiated the boycott, was a small group that does not represent the majority and was harming not only academic freedoms but Britain as well.
