Minister-without-portfolio Eitan Cabel (Labor) will announce his resignation Tuesday, his spokesman said, to protest the critical findings of the Winograd Committee's interim report on the Second Lebanon War.
Cabel, who will hold a press conference at 11 a.m., would be the first member of the government to step down following the report.
