Channel 2: Katsav's new indictment to apparently include rape charge

Former president Moshe Katsav's new indictment will apparently include a charge of raping 'Tourism Ministry Aleph,' Channel 2 reported on Monday night.
In April, Katsav withdrew from a plea bargain that included an indictment in which almost all the serious charges against him were dropped.
