Convicted rapist Benny Sela indecently exposes himself to female jailer

Convicted serial rapist Benny Sela indecently exposed himself to a female jailer, the woman said in a complaint filed to the police on Tuesday. According to her account, Sela committed the act as she passed by his holding cell while he waited for a court session on his request to improve the conditions of his imprisonment. Police officials said Sela would be questioned on the incident later in the afternoon.
