The High Court of Justice on Sunday rejected an appeal by the fringe Temple Mount Faithful group to march around the Temple Mount with what they say is a cornerstone of the Third Temple on Wednesday, police said. The court also nixed a request by the ultra-nationalist group to keep the holy site open to Jewish visitors until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday as usual, accepting the police's position that the site should be closed off to non-Muslims at 9 a.m. to avoid friction with Muslim worshipers who are celebrating the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
