Residents of 21 outposts to be offered housing in existing settlements; Yesha denies report.

The Defense Ministry is expected to propose to thousands of outpost residents to leave their residences voluntarily in return for brand new neighborhoods in existing settlements, a senior defense official was quoted by Army Radio as saying Tuesday morning.
According to the official, the defense establishment is interested in reaching an agreement with residents of 21 outposts due to be evacuated.
Speaking to the Jerusalem Post Tuesday morning., the Council of Jewish Communities of Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip (Yesha) denied the report.
The development follows reports Monday that a planning blueprint was submitted to the High Court of Justice for 1,450 housing units in the secular Adam settlement. The new homes were to include at least 50 units for the settlers currently living in the unauthorized Migron outpost with some units built on private Palestinian land.
Although the plan covers an area eventually earmarked for 1,450 new units, it focuses primarily on one neighborhood designated for 190 units. For now, building permits will only be issued for the 50 homes for the Migron families, who would be relocated to Adam once the homes are completed, in a process that could take up to three years.
The Defense Ministry said that the High Court would have to approve the current proposal before negotiations commence on the evacuation of residents from private Palestinian land.
