Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter left Israel Sunday for a four-day working visit to North America which will include what ministry officials describe as two important firsts for the minister who is viewed by many American anti-terror bureaucrats as an expert in the field.
The trip will include a groundbreaking visit to Canada as well as what Dichter described Sunday as "a breakthrough signing of a understandings agreement [with the US] for the war on terror and establishing cooperation between the Internal
Security Ministry and the Department of Homeland Security."
