Dozens of settlers protest closing of Negohot road
By JPOST.COM STAFF
Several dozen settlers, most of them residents of the town of Negohot, held a protest on the Negohot road to express their disapproval over the closing of the road.
Security forces presented the protestors with a writ declaring the road a closed military area.
One of the protestors was arrested for allegedly assaulting a border police officer. The setters claimed, on the other hand, that police had beaten a woman on the premises.
Three more protestors were arrested for trying to force their way onto the road.
