Federal judge rules victims of PLO terror in Israel may lay claims in US

American citizens who are victims of terror attacks inside Israel can now take judicial action against the PLO in a US court, a federal judge ruled on Wednesday. According to Israel Radio, the judge rejected an appeal made by PLO, who claimed that judicial action could only be taken in Israel and that the organization had immunity. The judge ruled that the procedure which followed a petition filed by victims of a terror attack and their families four years ago continue.
