Fire breaks out at Palestinian parliament building

A fire broke out Monday afternoon on the upper floor of the Palestinian parliamentary compound in Ramallah, Army Radio reported.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
An electrical short circuit apparently caused the fire to break out.
