First indictment served in Tel Aviv pedophile ring case

The first indictment was served Friday morning in the pedophile ring case that hit the headlines last month.
Haim Atar, 36, from Tel Aviv was charged with nine counts of sodomy and performing and obscene act on children under the age of 14, as well as another count of sodomy against children under 16.
The prosecution will request that Atar's remand be extended until the end of legal proceedings.
