One foreign citizen was wounded in a weekly anti-security fence demonstration near the village of Bil'in west of Ramallah on Friday afternoon.
A Red Cross ambulance evacuated the woman, who was apparently wounded by a rubber bullet, to a Palestinian hospital in Ramallah.
IDF and border police forces were firing tear gas at the demonstrators.
Bil'in has been the site of nearly weekly, usually violent demonstrations by groups including Anarchists Against the Wall and local Hamas representatives.
