The Police Investigations Department plans to file a complaint against a former police officer accused of being a member of a crime organization.
The former detective, Tiran Zalai, allegedly established a brothel and cheated on his taxes.
According to the complaint letter, Zalai took advantage of his former position to transfer sensitive information to criminal organizations to which he belonged.
