Former PM Sharon's condition deteriorates

Former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's condition has greatly deteriorated, the Sheba Hospital at Tel Hashomer reported on Monday. A new brain scan showed a deterioration in Sharon's brain function, his urine output has decreased significantly, and a chest scan showed that he had a new infection, according to Anat Dolev, spokeswoman for the Chaim Sheba Medical Center. Sharon has been unconscious since suffering a massive stroke on January 4.
