A fire that broke out near Beit Hameches in the Golan Heights on Saturday was progressing southward to an old minefield.
Firefighters were working to control the flames and prevent the fire from spreading.
On Friday, a large fire broke out at Nahal Bsor in the northern Negev, decimating about two thirds of the woods.
