A Hadera resident in his 20s broke into the car of a man from Kiryat Shmona who was in the city for his father's memorial service, it was reported on Thursday morning.
Hadera police arrested the perpetrator, who will be brought to the Tel Aviv Magistrates' Court for a remand extension.
