Haifa hit-and-run driver gives himself up to police

The driver who sped away after he ran over and killed 25-year-old Yulia Sergayev on Haifa's Bar-Yehuda Street gave himself up to police on Saturday evening.
The man was detained for questioning and police said they would request a remand extension on Sunday.
The Saturday morning incident occurred near the Paz Bridge.
