Police arrested on Monday a 30-year-old Haifa resident on suspicion of selling heroin.
According to police, speaking on Tuesday morning, the man allegedly transported the drugs and transferred money using minors aged 10 to 17.
Police emphasized that more arrests were expected in the case.
