Haifa Naval officer confident sailors will be found if they escaped ship

If the 2 missing Slovak seamen succeeded in escaping the cargo ship that sank in Haifa Bay before it went under they will be found soon, commander of the Navy's Haifa base Brig. Gen. Ram Rothberg, who is heading the search efforts, told Army Radio Friday morning.
"Assuming that the missing persons are on the surface of the water, it is certain that we will recover them," he said. "But if they are trapped somewhere within the ship's hull - this is a more complicated scenario."
