The High Court of Justice on Thursday rejected the petition filed by Palestinians from the villages of Budrus and Shukba near Modi'in who objected to the route of the security barrier that runs near their villages.
An extended panel of nine justices ruled that the security considerations outweigh the petitioners' rights pertaining to travel and commerce. They said the decision to plan the route in the above region was "reasonable."
