Human Rights Watch calls for investigation of civilian deaths

A human rights group says Israel must investigate the death of a Reuters TV cameraman and three others in an IDF strike.
The New York-based group Human Rights Watch said in a statement Saturday that its own investigation suggests that an IDF tank crew fired either recklessly or deliberately at cameraman Fadel Shana and three others standing near him.
