The IAF planned on dropping flyers over populated areas of the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, asking the residents to remain in their homes during the attack against terrorists in the area.
After daily bombardments of Kassam rockets into Israel over the last week and a half, the IDF intensified its counterattack against Palestinian terrorists.
Over the night the IAF launched missiles against access routes to the northern area of the Gaza Strip, from which the Kassams have been launched, and bombed buildings serving terrorist activity of Al-Aksa Martyrs' Brigades.
