IAF lacking in helicopter pilots, ground crews and technicians

The Israeli Air Force (IAF) is sorely lacking in pilots of strike helicopters, Israel Radio reported.
A senior officer told the station that the force is also lacking in ground crews and technicians.
Draft evasion is a serious strategic threat to the military, the officer said.
The IAF has begun a campaign aimed at persuading female soldiers to join the air force.
