Israel Broadcasting Authority Director-General Moti Shklar has ordered IBA television and radio crews to strengthen their presence in Sderot and in other areas bordering Gaza.
Israel Radio is building a new studio in Sderot that will be equipped to broadcast all kinds of programs live from the city. Construction is expected to be completed this week.
Sapir College President Prof. Zeev Tzahor, in response to the IBA's request, has made studio space available to the radio at the college for as long as it is needed.
