IDF soldiers arrested 19 Palestinian fugitives in operations throughout the West Bank overnight Sunday.
During one such operation in Jenin, Palestinians opened fire towards the troops, while in Ramallah, shots were fired at a military jeep. No one was wounded in either incident.
