Initial OK for parliamentary probe into Amona

The Knesset House Committee voted 10 to eight in favor of passing along for a second and third vote to the Knesset plenum on Monday the establishment of a parliamentary investigative committee over the violence in Amona. Right wing MKs had expressed their desire to see the committee formed, instead of a police-led investigative committee, which was ordered by Police Inspector General Moshe Karadi.
