Israel Prison Services Chief Warden Benny Kaniak was ordered on Friday to separate Hamas and Fatah security prisoners following reports that the prisoners planned altercations.
The IPS said that the move would be complicated, and would involve moving hundreds of prisoners from Ofer Prison to Ktziyot Prison, and vice versa.
