An Arab-Israeli truck driver from east Jerusalem ran over and killed a Palestinian child from the village of Hizma in the West Bank on Tuesday, and was subsequently detained by Palestinian police inside one of the homes inside the village, Judea and Samaria police reported.
According to a Palestinian source, the Israeli man was being held until the circumstances surrounding the car accident were investigated.
Israeli police and IDF forces sped to the scene and the man was susequently handed over them.
